Had a procedure done with Marc Adajar. The whole staff was really great to work with. They answered all my questions and were able to get me an appointment with short notice. Marc was clear about the expectations and concerns and the results are incredible. He walked me through everything pre and post to make the process as smooth as possible. Dr. Adajar and the team are amazing! Prior to the surgery I was always self conscious and never felt comfortable taking off my shirt. I am 2 months post operation and feel amazing after about 2 weeks I was back in the gym feeling normal and you can barely even notice the incision mark. Amazing experience worth every penny! I recommend anybody that is procrastinating to pull the trigger to get the surgery, because my biggest regret was not doing it sooner epically since there are payment plans. 10/10 recommend.

I’m so grateful for Dr Adajar. He is very professional, quick, knowledgeable and kind. He seems to have a lot of experience in gyno surgery. I had a grade 2 case with potential lose skin. The procedure went by quick the team took care of me and made sure I was good to go. The results even within 1 week was astonishing. There is no visible scarring and there was close to no bruising either and best of all close to 0 loose skin. This is only within 1 month of recovery. Such a great experience at Xsculpt! Dr. Adajar is amazing at what he does! I had grade 1 gynecomastia that I’ve hated since I was a teen. My initial consult was so easy and I was able to schedule for a few weeks later. The procedure was so easy, Dr. Adajar and his surgical assistant Annabel answered all questions I had and made me feel some comfortable. Dr. Adajar is by not only the best surgeon I’ve had, and I’ve many operations from cancer to back fusions, but he is by the best doctor I’ve ever had. Several things to love about this place. For starters their transparency on price was what sold me. I had called 3 other places and none of them wanted to give me an exact price even after an in person consultation. Secondly, the surgery was a success. I was able to go back to my normal life after a few weeks without any abnormalities. Lastly, I typically never post reviews because I don’t really care to share my opinion on an online platform, but when they requested me for an honest opinion rather than pushing for a 5 star I was more than happy to do it. I’m a realtor, so honesty and transparency is what I’m all about.

I personally have never been more impressed with the service. I was a revision. Surgery and the Dr. fixed the issue flawlessly. Also we had some unpreventable scar tissue built up and they removed it free of charge and no questions asked. I would highly recommend to anyone to get it done the right way the first time around and use XSculpt.

I was in exactly one month ago today, I got a procedure called “Chest Sculpt” done. I almost cried from happiness even right after the procedure.READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH: Very important background, I am 40 and have always had Moobs, Guy B**bs, Fat boy pizza breasts etc. I have high anxiety, I drink like a fish and swear like a sailor. I’m fat and take omeprazole for GERD. I’m a dad trying to get healthier, I get married in Vegas in October…Next Month! I’m a mess of a human.Ok let’s get started…so I like that the Xsculpt team is just 2 people. Dr. Marc Adajar the Doc and Anabel who is like the patient care specialist. In short, the process was painless. I had a consultation in person with Marc and he wanted to see if I was a good candidate. We spoke and I shown him my gut hanging over my belt, my muffin top, moobs and disgusting body. He taught me about different types of fat caused by the shit I ate that he could lipo versus shit he couldn’t lipo because it was behind muscle. All this bc of whiskey and pizza.As I mentioned, Anabel is the patient care specialist highly professional. So after the consult with Dr. Marc, he decided I would be a good candidate…Anabel took photos of me with no shirt on and drew blood for labs to make sure the inside of me wasn’t risky like my Blood Pressure & ticker etc.Anabel sends you consent forms and so does his put you to sleep people. Marc and Anabel also have these videos you can watch regarding aftercare and detailed forms of all the risks involved. I work in corporate America so I read everything. They are detailed in the risks going in and the forms are self explanatory. Once you take care of all the necessary docs then…We set a date, I paid em up front and went in for surgery. Marc has a Surgery team composed of a guy who puts you to sleep and nurses when you actually get the procedure done. I really liked that until everything happened it was just 2 people.Date of procedure we get there early bc you need someone to drive you home. I get out under, wake up loopy from the gas…I come to and see photos of before and after. I have always had tits, I didn’t and I got lipo under my arms not realizing how much actual fat I had under my shoulders.I had drains which sucked in my body for 5 days. They are these things that look likeBlood grenades, but it wasn’t blood the drained from my body. There was a stinky fluid coming out. I was to wear a compression garment for 2-4 weeks with padding. I use a CPAP so I slept like a baby.I was given meds to take to ensure I would be cool like no infections kinda shit.Today is my official 4th week. To celebrate, I did 50 push ups. I’m still a fat ass, my gut and muffin top are there but as I spoke to Dr. Marc about…the plan is to change my lifestyle. I will still have a beer, just not 20, I will practice what’s called “moderation”.Drains I think were the worst part of everything, you just gotta empty them. A freakin 5th grader could learn how to do it.I look at myself now and I’m excited about not being a fat human anymore. Dr. Adajar was an amazing surgeon. I would 100% recommend him to anyone who is looking to get gyno surgery done! I got my surgery done about 5 months ago and have never been better. The overall experience has been great! Dr. Adajar was very clear on what to expect in regards to what my final results would look like along with what to expect during the healing process. I liked that he gave me his cell phone number so I could reach out to him whenever I had any questions or issues.The only areas of improvement that the office could do is have better communication when it comes to setting up new clients for pre-op stuff. There were a few times I’ve had to initiate getting things done but everything was fine after that.

My entire Xsculpt experience was great. Absolutely Amazing! I could not be more happy with my experience at XSculpt. Dr. Adajar is master at what he does and a genuinely nice person who really cares about his patients. As someone who had never had surgery before and hates needles, I was quite apprehensive about the whole process. Dr. Adajar put my mind at ease right away. If you are suffering from gynecomastia there is no one better than him to perform your surgery. He checks up on you well after the surgery is over to make sure your recovery is going as planned and that you are happy with your results. The entire team at XSculpt is equally as wonderful. They are all very knowledgeable and accommodating. Post surgery I healed quickly with very minimal down time, I was back to work by the end of the week. Ive always been reasonably to very lean, but all my life I had stubborn love handles/flanks. Imagine having a 6 pack with muffin top...not a good look. I finally decided to do something about it, and researched Chicago area lipo providers. Xsculpt was the best reviewed on Google, so I started there. 25 days later, heres my review:1.) Dr. Adajar was communicative and attentive. He provided his mobile number, which is great when I had questions during recovery. Pre-op, he was attentive to my goals were and was clear about what I could expect from the procedure.2.) The communication and follow up appointments are excellent and helpful.3.) My results are *fantastic*. My love handles are gone and my stomach is nice and flat.

Dr. Adajar and his staff did an excellent job on my bilateral breast tissue excision in response to minor gynecomastia. The pre-operative care was really good. The operation went smoothly. After a couple months of research, I landed on reaching out to XSculpt for my Gynecomastia surgery (I also added LIPO 360, may as well while going under). The major differentiator for me was reading Dr. Adajars story regarding his own struggle with getting his weight under control and having the exact same procedure on himself. I reached out to the XSculpt team through their website and received a response quickly along with Dr. Adajars phone number to text him additional questions. My consultation appointment with Dr. Adajar was fantastic, he listened to my story, what my goals were, and what treatment options I was interested in. I had read about their Testosterone replacement therapy options and wanted to know if I might be a candidate. We scheduled a blood draw and within about a week we discovered that I was below the normal range for an adult males testosterone level. In light of that information, Dr. Adajar and I decided that I would start TRT for a few months and continue exercising prior to the surgery. This worked out perfectly, as I had managed to drop about 10 lbs. prior to the surgery and add a little more muscle to my frame that he was about to expose with the Total Sculpt procedure.The surgery went perfectly, although as a patient your job is to take a nap, so it isnt all that complicated and there isnt much to write about it. Dr. Adajar provided me with ample information about what the standard post-surgery recovery and timeline would be like. That information has turned out to be extremely accurate and Ive been prepared every step of the way because of it. He kept in contact with me via text during my recovery to insure everything was going smoothly.Its been about 6 weeks since my surgery and 6 months since Ive been on TRT. Ive gotten gynecomastia at a young age during puberty. I posted a review on the Evanston location as well, but these two locations are the same staff but the downtown location is for consultation and follow-ups whereas the Evanston location is where you go for the surgery.To elaborate further on my other post:Dr. Truong is very skilled in his craft, made me feel comfortable and cared for. My care coordinator was Anabel. She was attentive and very helpful pre and post surgery.I have worked out for a few years but could never shake the midsection weight. This surgery has removed that insecurity completely. After about 6 weeks I was back in the gym doing light workouts, and now 3 months post surgery I’m doing intense workouts and really seeing my body come together as my midsection tightens up and the abs are coming through.100% would recommend.

I would rate 10/10 if I could. I recently had gynecomastia surgery performed by Dr.Adjar and it was a 100% success. He answered every question I had pre-surgery. This is not a office who just wants to perform surgery and that is it. They really do care and will help you along the way with anything needed.

If you are planning on getting gynecomastia surgery, XSculpt is the place to go. My personal experience was with Dr. Adajar, and I couldnt be any more thrilled with the results. The reason I came to XSculpt was to have a revision surgery performed. I initially had gynecomastia surgery with another surgeon around 6-7 years ago. Those initial results were disappointing to say the least. Most surgeons do not remove the full gland in fear that it might concave the chest. To my dismay, since part of the gland remained, my gynecomastia eventually came back, and over time actually appeared worse than it did beforehand. For the revision, I decided it was time to stop cutting corners by seeing a specialist. Dr. Adajar and XSculpt were the solution I have been dreaming about for years. At XSculpt, they remove the entire gland so that it will never grow back. I am currently around 5 weeks post op and I am amazed by the results. Well where do I start. Ive had gyno since I was maybe 13? I had been taping them ever since. I am now 22. I used to dread every summer. Constantly having to send off friends to go to the beach or pools was always something I truly hated because I loveee swimming. I knew about the surgery since I was 16 but never had the funds til as of now. So I did my research because this surgery is a big deal. You wanna feel your best not come out with a bad result and keep on hiding your body from the world. I went in for the chestsculpt to get rid of my gynocomestia that I have had since i was a kid. Naturally I gained weight after noticing that gynocomestia couldn’t be lost through natural weight loss or dieting. I would like to start off by saying that every single person I encountered at the Xsculpt office was nothing but nice and friendly, as well as extremely professional. I was researching online for surgeons that performed gynecomastia surgery in Chicago. Dr. Marc Adajar,I just watched your YouTube video on how to inject Sermorelin. As an Infection Preventionist, I must say that your attention to detail for infection control was severely lacking. Vial tops are not sterile when you remove the caps yet you didn’t clean the tops before inserting the needles into the vials. By doing this, you contaminated the entire vial of solution and then injected it into you body. That’s a great way to develop an injection site abscess or even sepsis. If you’re going to teach this skill, please cover all the steps for the safety of your patients and those watching your video.

I just met with Dr. Maria Osipova for my wellness hormone check up. Literally she is the best and this is an understatement!!!! She is so thorough, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to explain your labs, what they mean and why it matters to your overall health.
